March, 2005 was a magical day. Incredibly on that day I again walked unassisted. Although 84 years of age, I'd simply taken for granted being active and walking several miles daily. That is until that horrific day, January 3, 2004. A friend and I were taking our daily constitutional when a car suddenly struck me down. The following three months at Delray Community Hospital were times of great physical distress and considerable mental anguish.
When released from the hospital I was advised to seek "one on one" therapy rather than the traditional physical therapy route.
